Can I self-host the Team plan?
Team is cloud-hosted only. If you need on-premise, Enterprise is the right fit. We'll work with your infosec team on deployment.
What happens when I hit the entity limit?
We warn you at 80% capacity. You can archive old entities or upgrade. We never delete data without explicit consent.
Is the Open Source version really free?
Yes. The core runtime is AGPL-licensed. You get the full ontology, vector, and anchor stack. Paid plans add hosting, SSO, and support.
Do you offer discounts for startups or academia?
Yes. Email us at streamline@vectorstreamsystems.com with proof of status. We offer 50% off Team for qualifying organizations.
How does billing work?
Monthly or annual billing. Annual includes two months free. Seats are prorated when added mid-cycle.
Can I export my data?
Absolutely. Full OWL/RDF export, vector embeddings dump, and anchor logs are available via CLI or API at any time.
